Today I completed your premium pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then installed an outside rodent bait station by the garage to help deter rodent activity. You can return or throw away the old company’s stations. As requested I spot treated the entire inside of your home for spiders and general pest. I the inspected and replenished the mice bait stations in the garage area there was moderate activity. I also, replaced the glue trap in the basement closet. All exterior cobwebs were knocked down as well. Lastly, I applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate insects indoors. I also, applied a liquid residual application around all outfit windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal pest from getting indoors. As requested I spot treated the entire inside of your home for seasonal insects and spiders. I placed two glue traps in the basement in the unfinished parts so we can monitor for activity. I found a big entry point in the garage by the door which is the root cause how the rodents are getting inside. I recommend a new door strip. I placed two mice bait stations by the door and two more by the bigger garage door. On the outside I placed an exterior rodent bait station as well. Lastly, I put down termite monitor stations. Started by removing visible spider webs from perimeter of home, and adding an exterior rodent bait station along backside of home to help control and monitor any potential activity. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. On interior, baseboards throughout entire home, as well as entire basement was treated with a liquid application to help control flea activity. No visible fleas noticed during today service. Rodent bait stations were also installed in basement to laundry room, and also closet, and access to wall void. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and found mice entry points by the garage, basement window, and HVAC unit. I recommend using insulation foam to seal these areas. I then placed Mice bait stations by the garage for mice prevention. No drippings were found during the inspection. I then applied a liquid residual application to the entire inside of your home for ants and other insect preventative. I also, sprayed the exterior of your home focusing on all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. I noticed there was over grown vegetation I recommend trimming back one foot. Lastly, I used copper mesh to seal these areas entry point by the HVAC unit. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. When we come back in 30 days we will make the decision if it makes sense to keep the MBS stations or if we have to add exterior stations. Hello! Today I completed your initial quarterly service. We spoke about the larvae activity inside the home. Upon further inspection fly larvae activity is coming from the chimney due to a dead animal inside. I treated cracks and crevices inside the home were activity is stemming from. A fly bait was also applied to cracks and crevices outside near the chimney door. I strongly recommend having the carpet removed and cracks cleaned to prevent carpet beetle activity. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster.
